The Special Instruction, REHS1319, "Guidelines for Evaluating the Condition of Rubber Wheels for Warranty Claims" is available. This Special Instruction provides information on the conditions of rubber wheels as the conditions relate to warranty claims. This publication is provided as a tool for evaluating failures and for determining whether a rubber wheel should be replaced under the terms of the warranty.
