The existing 295-9021 Steering Hose can rub against the 164-7900 Fitting on certain 795F AC Off-Highway Trucks. Failure of the hose may occur. |

PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling. |
Prepare the machine for maintenance. Refer to SEBU8349 "Prepare the Machine for Maintenance." Remove 295-9021 Hose Assembly (1). This hose will not be reused. Remove 6V-3965 Adapter (2) and 6V-0852 Dust Cap (3). Retain for future use. Remove 362-4161 Tube Assembly (4), 8T-3313 Tee (5), and 164-7900 Adapter (6). These components will not be reused. |

Install new 448-7908 Hose Assembly (7) using new 235-2475 Seals on each end. Install 7X-2444 Tee (8) using new 228-7088 O-Ring. Install 6V-3965 Adapter and 6V-0852 Dust Cap removed previously on new 7X-2444 Tee; use new 214-7568 O-Ring. Install 6V-8647 Adapter (9) using 214-7566 O-Ring. Install 434-2344 Tube Assembly (10) using new 228-7088 O-Rings on each end. Add make up fluid if required, start the machine, and check for leaks. |
