The following corrections should be made to the listed Service Manual Modules.

Service Manual Module, SENR8543; Disassembly & Assembly, 120H & 135H Motor Graders Power Train; "Remove & Install Tandem Drive Housings"; Page 25; Step 6; This module is part of the SENR8540 Disassembly & Assembly Manual.

Step 6 is incomplete and should appear as follows:

6. Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound on bolts (3). Install bolts and washers (3) to final drive (4) and tandem drive housing (2). Use any four bolts other than the corner bolts to pull the square to the tandem housing. Then tighten the inner bolts first. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 120 ± 20 N·m (90 ± 15 lb ft) on 120H Motor Graders and 240 ± 40 N·m (175 ± 30 lb ft) on 135H Motor Graders.

Step 6 is incomplete and should appear as follows:

6. Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound on bolts (3). Install bolts and washers (3) to final drive (4) and tandem drive housing (2). Use any four bolts other than the corner bolts to pull the square to the tandem housing. Then tighten the inner bolts first. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 240 ± 40 N·m (175 ± 30 lb ft).

4. Install bolts (2) that hold the tandem housing to the final drive. Use any four bolts other than the corner bolts to pull the square to the tandem housing. Then tighten the inner bolts first. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 430 ± 60 N·m (320 ± 45 lb ft).
