NOTE: Assemble left trunnion cover to case with 11.3 N·m (100 lb in) torque. Measure the clearance between the left trunnion cover and case at three equally spaced places. Average the three measurements. Remove left trunnion cover. Add or remove shim to provide for clearance specification of 0.36 mm (.014 in). Install left trunnion cover. Torque bolts to 38 to 48 N·m (27 to 37 lb ft).

(11) Torque for charge relief valve ... 40 to 80 N·m (30 to 60 lb ft)

NOTE: Install two bolts (12) and tighten alternately until internal spring is compressed enough for the end cap to rest on the housing. Install the remaining bolts.
