Removal Procedure

1. Drain the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

2. Disconnect hose assemblies (1). Remove coupler (2).

3. Remove bolts (3) from both sides of the radiator.

4. Remove coupler (6). Attach a suitable lifting device to radiator assembly (4). Remove bolts (5) and remove radiator assembly (4). The weight of radiator assembly (4) is approximately 225 kg (496 lb).

5. Remove bolts (7) from both sides of shroud assembly (8) and remove shroud assembly (8).

6. Position radiator assembly (8) as shown. Remove bolts (9) and top tank (10).

7. Remove bolts (11) and bottom tank (12).

8. Remove bolts (13) and brace (14).

9. Remove radiator core assemblies (15).

Installation Procedure

1. Install radiator assembly (8) in the reverse order of removal.
