(6) Gas Shutoff Valve (GSOV)
(7) Gas pressure sensor (8) Gas line (9) Fuel control valve |
- Turn off the main gas valve.
- De-energize the GSOV.
- Slowly remove gas pressure sensor (7) from gas line (8).
- Install a fitting into gas line (8). Connect the 1U-5470 Engine Pressure Gp to the fitting. Refer to Illustration 1.

- Open the main gas valve.
- Energize the GSOV.
- Check the engine gas pressure to the fuel control valve. If, the pressure is not
10.3 to 24.1 kPa (1.5 to 3.5 psig) refer to Adjustment Procedure - Fuel Pressure to Fuel Control Valve.

(10) Bolt
(11) Cover |
- Remove cover (11), and install the correct tools, from the 8T-5160 Gas Regulator Setting Tool, for pressure setting adjustment.
- Adjust bolt (10) to achieve desired fuel pressure to the fuel control valve.
- After desired pressure is reached, install cap (11).
