New Software Is Available for Some C27 and C32 Generator Set Engines {1901, 1920}
- Generator Set:
- C27 (S/N: DWB1-UP)
- Power Module:
- C32 (S/N: MED1-UP)
- C32 (S/N: SXC1-UP)
The new engine software addresses the following issues:
- Possible false RPM readings during cranking which prematurely end the crank attempt.
- Instability of the engines due to reverse power conditions in paralleling systems.
Refer to Table 1 for the software part numbers of each application.
