(22) 监视器

电子控制系统包括驾驶室内的监视器 (22) 和驾驶室后面舱室内的机器 ECM (1)。 电子控制系统通过机器 ECM 控制发动机转速和泵。

机器 ECM (1) 从机器上的不同部件接收输入信号。 机器 ECM 通过连续监控输入信号,对主泵的输出流速、发动机转速和机器液压系统的各部件进行控制。

机器 ECM 具有以下三个主要功能。

  • 电子控制系统控制主泵的输出流速。 机器 ECM 根据发动机转速和发动机转速旋钮的位置向动力换挡电磁阀发送电信号。 从而使主泵供应与机器液压负载和发动机转速匹配的最佳输出。 当大负载作用到机器上时,系统允许泵减少冲程。 系统采用可用的最大发动机功率。

  • 电子控制系统控制发动机转速。 这称为自动发动机转速控制(AEC)。 在小负载或空载工况下,系统自动降低发动机转速。 AEC 系统用以降低燃油消耗和噪声。

  • 电子控制系统控制机器液压系统的各部件。 机器 ECM 向回转制动器电磁阀和行驶速度电磁阀发送输出信息。
