Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Connect the steering frame lock.

1. Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.

2. Remove step assembly (1) on the left side of the machine.

3. Remove cover (2).

4. Disconnect cable assembly (3).

5. Disconnect cable assembly (4) from both batteries.

6. Disconnect cable assembly (5).

7. Remove battery hold-down bracket (6).
   Show/hide table

8. Use two people in order to remove batteries (7) and (8). The weight of batteries (7) and (8) each weigh approximately 24 kg (53 lb).

Installation Procedure

1. Install batteries (7) and (8) in the reverse order of removal.
