Improving the service life of the fuel lines has lead to the use of a higher abrasion resistant hose material. New fuel lines are now available for the models that follow: Landfill Compactors, Soil Compactors, Wheel Dozers, and Wheel Loaders. Rerouting the hose will also increase the service life of the new fuel hose.

Inspection of the fuel lines should be conducted on a regular basis in order to ensure no wear or leaks have occurred. If a worn fuel line or a cracked fuel line is found, replace the fuel line with the new fuel lines that are available.

Use the following tables to match the old hose with the new fuel hose. Use Table 1 for the models that follow 824G Wheel Dozer, 825G Soil Compactor, 826G Landfill Compactor, and 980G Wheel Loaders.

Note: The mounting hardware that is listed below with the new hose assemblies is needed for that hose assembly to properly install the hose assembly. Refer to 203-6489 Fuel Lines Gp print on SIS for the correct routing of the fuel hose and the locations for the mounting hardware.

Use Table 2 for models that follow 834G Wheel Dozer, 836G Landfill Compactor, and 988G Wheel Loader.

Note: The mounting hardware that is listed below with the new hose assemblies is needed for that hose assembly to properly install the hose assembly. Refer to 180-3555 Fuel Lines Gp print on SIS for the correct routing of the fuel hose and the locations for the mounting hardware.

Use Table 3 for models that follow 824G Series II Wheel Dozer, 825G Series II Soil Compactor, and 826G Series II Landfill Compactor.
