- Wheel Skidders:
- 515 (S/N: 4LR1-UP)
- 525 (S/N: 1DN1-UP)
- 525B (S/N: 3KZ1-UP)
- 535B (S/N: AAE1-UP)
- 545 (S/N: 2FZ1-UP)
Description of Change: A new drive shaft yoke is used for the winch. The new yoke uses a small flywheel that is pressed into the yoke. The small flywheel absorbs changes in velocity. This will reduce vibration and noise in the driveline.
Adaptable To: The new 203-7632 Yoke Assembly replaces the existing 162-0186 Yoke Assembly. The new 203-7632 Yoke Assembly was effective with 525B (S/N: 3KZ712-UP) Wheel Skidders, 535B (S/N: AAE547-UP) Wheel Skidders and 545 (S/N: 2FZ425-UP) Wheel Skidders. The new yoke is adaptable to first production of the machines that are listed.
Note: The new 203-7632 Yoke Assembly can only be used on 515 Wheel Skidders and 525 Wheel Skidders if the machine is equipped with a C500 winch.

- Remove the input shaft for the winch.

- Remove the existing yoke and install the new 203-7632 Yoke Assembly .
- Install the proper amount of shims in order to reach a rolling torque for the yoke of 1.1 N·m (10 lb in).
Note: It may be necessary to trim the existing sheet metal on the 515 Wheel Skidders and the 525 Wheel Skidders when you are installing the new yoke assembly.
