Radiator - Disassemble
Disassembly Procedure

Start By:
- Remove the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Remove", that is in this manual.
- Fasten a hoist, nylon lifting straps, and Tooling (A) to the radiator assembly, as shown.

- Remove fan blade (2) from radiator assembly (1) . Remove the six bolts from the front of the fan blade.
- Place radiator assembly (1) on the floor, as shown.

- Remove locknuts (3) and the washers from two studs (4) .
- Place radiator assembly (1) in an upright position.

- Remove four bolts (7) and the washers from plate assembly (5) . Remove plate assembly (5) from the radiator assembly.
- Remove four bolts (8) and the washers from plate assembly (6) . Remove plate assembly (6) from the radiator assembly.
- Remove two bolts (9) , the washers, and the nuts from both sides of radiator assembly (1) .

- Remove hose (10) from coolant recovery tank (13) .

- Loosen hose clamp (11) on hose (12) . Disconnect hose (12) from coolant recovery tank (13) .
- Remove coolant recovery tank (13) from radiator assembly (1) .

- Remove radiator group (14) from radiator frame (15) . The weight of radiator group (14) is 59 kg (130 lb) .

Note: Do not damage radiator group (14) during the removal of radiator group (14) from radiator frame (15) .
- Remove four bolts (16) , the nuts, the washers, and radiator mounting group (17) from radiator frame (15) .

- Remove the remaining radiator mounting group in the same manner.
