The 144-5395 Brake Drum Assemblies in dealer Parts Stock may have a lack of iron-to-steel bonding between the flange and drum.
Action Required
Remove all 144-5395 Brake Drums from dealer Parts Stock and replace them with 175-1930 Brake Drums.
To insure that the 144-5395 Brake Drums can not be used, use a suitable tool and cut them in half when they are removed from dealer stock.
Service Claim Allowances
Submit one claim for all 144-5395 Brake Drums removed from Parts Stock and cut in half.

Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling. Note that they were already cut in half when they were removed from dealer stock to insure that they could not be used again.
