Removal Procedure

1. Open engine hood (1) .

2. Disconnect tube assemblies (2) .

3. Remove tube assemblies (4) and (7). Remove nuts (3) and (5). Loosen clamp (6) if necessary.

4. Remove turbocharger (8) .

Installation Procedure

1. Install turbocharger (8) in the reverse order of removal.

   1. Tighten nuts (5) to a torque of 44 N·m (32.5 lb ft).

   2. Tighten clamp (6) to a torque of 12 N·m (106 lb in).
