Usage:
(1) Fuel injection pump drive gear and timing advance unit.
(2) Camshaft gear.
NOTE: Make alignment of "V" marks as shown.
(3) Water pump drive gear.
(4) Gear for attachment drive groups.
(5) Idler gear (balancer gear) assembly.
NOTE: Make alignment of "V" marks as shown.
(6) Tighten five bolts to a torque of ... 55 ± 7 N·m (40 ± 5 lb ft)
(7) Diameter of the shaft (new) ... 63.500 ± 0.013 mm (2.5000 ± .0005 in)
Bore in bearing (after assembly) ... 63.602 ± 0.038 mm (2.5040 ± .0015 in)
(8) End clearance (new) ... 0.31 ± 0.17 mm (.012 ± .007 in)
(9) Plate. The lubrication groove must be against the gear.
(10) Crankshaft gear.
NOTE: Make alignment of "V" mark as shown.
(11) Engine oil pump drive gear.
(12) Tighten the bolt that holds the drive gear to a torque ... 55 ± 7 N·m (40 ± 5 lb ft)

Bore in bearing (after assembly) ... 35.034 ± 0.038 mm (1.3793 ± .0015 in)
(13) Engine oil pump idler gear. Tighten the bolt that holds idler gear to a torque of ... 55 ± 7 N·m (40 ± 5 lb ft)
(14) Engine oil pump drive gear. Tighten the bolt that holds the drive gear to a torque ... 55 ± 7 N·m (40 ± 5 lb ft)
