Introduction
The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.
Problem
When user is loading a new configuration file on engine, the former standard configuration which is already installed in the back office will not be deleted. This issue is due to coding error in the implementation of the new single configuration file strategy.
Solution
Caterpillar is aware of this problem and the issue will be addressed in the next back-office software update expected to release by 19 May 2018.
