New Telescoping Wear Plate Installation Specifications Are Now Used on Certain Telehandlers {5130, 5486, 5811}

Description Of Change: New mounting hardware specifications are now used. The new specifications ensure that the wear plate mounting screws will keep the wear plate fastened tightly to the telescoping cylinder, and not come loose. The new specifications include using Loctite on the screws, and a new tightening torque.
Adaptable To: The following hardware specifications are adaptable to the machines within the listed serial numbers, and are effective with all machines after the listed serial numbers.
