Start By:
- Remove tire and rim (rear).
- Remove crankcase guard.
- Remove drive shaft (rear).
- Remove side panels.

At operating temperature, the steering and brake hydraulic oil tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns. To prevent possible personal injury, release the pressure in the steering and brake hydraulic system before hydraulic lines or components are disconnected or removed. |
Note: The suitable blocks that were placed between the rear axle housing and the rear main frame must remain in place. This will prevent the axle housing from oscillating during the removal procedure.
- Drain the oil from the oscillating axle. The capacity of the oscillating axle is

- Remove cover plate (4) and disconnect harness assembly (3).
