Note: If the crankshaft must be rotated with the housing (front) removed, certain parts must be removed. This will prevent engine damage. These parts are the inner rotor (4), the oil pump cover (5), the shim (6), the spring (7) and the collar (8). For the correct procedure to remove the components, refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Oil Pump - Remove".
