Usage:
The user of the Woodward Digital Min/Max ProAct system should contact your Caterpillar distributor in the local area regarding software exchanges or returns. In most cases, your Caterpillar distributor will handle exchanges, replacements, and warranties, and will handle sending the software through Caterpillar to Woodward.
You should read the Software License Agreement enclosed with the software. This also contains the Woodward warranty.
Caterpillar should use the following procedures when sending software back to Woodward for exchange or for warranty.
Returning Software to Woodward
Return the software diskette(s) only, properly packaged against damage. Include in the package the following information:
- * name and location where the control is installed;
- * complete Woodward Governor Company part number(s) and serial number(s) of the control on which the software is used;
- * description of the problem.

When returning software to Woodward, please telephone and ask for the Caterpillar Sales Support Administrator. That person will help expedite the processing of your order through our distributors or local service facility. Equipment returned to the Woodward factory will need a return authorization number issued by the factory.
