Different Vibration Damper Now Used
Usage:
3408 and 3412 Industrial and Marine Engines
Description of Change: A different vibration damper is now used on 3408 and 3412 Industrial and Marine Engines. The new damper has a smaller radius between the damper case and the mounting flange. This gives a better fit on the pulley adapter and permits installation as a replacement for either former damper.
Adaptable As: The new 8N5443 Damper Assembly is a direct replacement for the former 7N1810 Damper Assembly, which is canceled. The new 8N5443 Damper Assembly is also used for parts service replacement of the 2P3787 Damper Assembly.
