Fuel Control Valve - Remove and Install

- Turn OFF the gas supply.

Illustration 1 g06008699 - Disconnect the harness assembly from fuel control valve (2).
- Remove bolts (1) and bolts (3).
- Attach a suitable lifting device to fuel control valve (2). The weight of fuel control valve (2) is approximately
68 kg (150 lb) . - Remove bolts (4) and fuel control valve (2). Remove the gaskets from the tube assemblies.

Fuel leaked or spilled onto hot surfaces or electrical components can cause a fire. Turn the disconnect switch OFF when draining and/or removing any fuel system components. |
- Attach a suitable lifting device to fuel control valve (2). The weight of fuel control valve (2) is approximately
68 kg (150 lb) . - Install the gaskets on the tube assemblies. Place fuel control valve (2) in position and install bolts (4).
- Install bolts (1) and bolts (3). Tighten the bolts to a torque of
115 ± 20 N·m (85 ± 15 lb ft) . - Connect the harness assembly to fuel control valve (2).
- Turn ON the gas supply.
