Note: The lubrication lines for the top of the hoist cylinder may not be installed until the body has been installed onto the machine.

Note: Verify that all parts are shipped and undamaged for preparation of assembly. Missing or damaged parts can be ordered prior to assembly to avoid delays during assembly.

Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the autolube fast fill 442-3512 Hose As (A) to the "Grease Fill R5" connection.

  2. Connect the autolube supply 442-3511 Hose As (B) to the "Grease Supply R4" connection.

  3. Connect the front axle autolube supply 454-9842 Hose As (C) to the front axle autolube 352-6495 Tee As (D).

  4. Connect 442-3501 Hose As (E) to the top of the suspension cylinder. Secure hose assembly (E) in two places using one clip (1), one hard washer (2), and one nut (3) at each location.

  5. Connect 442-3503 Hose As (F) to the frame end of the rod.

  6. Connect 450-1713 Hose As (G) to the bottom of the suspension cylinder.

  7. Connect 451-1789 Hose As (H) to the front axle end of the upper linkage.

  8. Connect 442-3502 Hose As (J) to the front axle end of the lower linkage.

  9. Secure hose assembly (L) and hose assembly (K) to the upper linkage using four straps (4), four bolts (5), two clips (6) and four nuts (3).

  10. Connect 450-1710 Hose As (L) to the frame end of the upper linkage.

  11. Connect 450-1711 Hose As (K) to the frame end of the lower linkage.

  12. Repeat Steps 4, and 6 through 11 for the left side of the machine.

  13. Connect 442-3498 Hose As (M) to the rear axle lubrication valve.

  14. Connect 442-3516 Hose As (N) to the rear axle connection pin.

  15. Connect 442-3516 Hose As (N) to the rear axle connection sleeve.

  16. Connect 442-3515 Hose As (P) to the bottom of the left hoist cylinder.

  17. Connect 442-3524 Hose As (R) to the bottom of the right hoist cylinder.

  18. Connect 442-3520 Hose As (S) to the top of the right suspension cylinder.

  19. Connect 442-3522 Hose As (T) to the right body pivot sleeve.

  20. Connect 442-3521 Hose As (U) to the top of the left suspension cylinder.

  21. Connect 442-3523 Hose As (V) to the left body pivot sleeve.

  22. Connect 442-3528 Hose As (W) to the 443-8873 Rod As.
