开始:
- 拆下水泵。

- 将 O 形密封圈 (10) 从壳体 (1) 上拆下。
- 使用工具 (A) 将叶轮 (4) 从轴 (6) 上拆下。
- 将螺栓 (3) 从壳体 (1) 上拆下。 将挡圈 (5) 和水泵轴 (6) 从壳体上拆下。
- 使用工具 (C) 将齿轮 (2) 从水泵轴 (6) 上拆下。
- 使用压具和工具 (B) 将轴承组件 (8) 从水泵轴 (6) 上拆下。
- 翻转壳体并将密封总成 (7) 冲出或压出壳体。
- 翻转壳体并将唇形密封 (9) 冲出或压出壳体。
