Usage:
This troubleshooting guide can be an aid for the serviceman to find the cause of existing problems. The information from the measurements will also show proof if there is any basis for the complaint.
The serviceman may remember similar complaints which were corrected by a previous method of troubloshooting. However, just because the complaint is the same the cause for the complaint can be different.
Be sure to get a good description of the problem from the operator and/or the person who owns the vehicle. What they tell you about the problem can save you time and make the repair job faster and easier.
It is recommended that there be no repair for performance complaints during the first 12,500 miles, by this time the engine will be completely broken in.
