(1) Torque for bolts that hold the half links together ... 170 ± 40 N·m (120 ± 30 lb ft)
Then turn an additional ... 180°
Put 2P2506 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads, body, and washer face of each bolt before installation.
(2) Torque for bolts that hold track shoes to link.
Use SAE 30W oil on bolt threads and washer face ... 170 ± 40 N·m (120 ± 30 lb ft)
Then turn an additional ... 120°
NOTE: Install nut so the radii on the corner is against the link.
(3) Link height (new) ... 98.00 ± 0.25 mm (3.858 ± .010 in)
Link height at 100% worn ... 89.00 mm (3.504 in)
(4) Distance from the center of one pin to the center of the next pin (pitch) ... 171.07 ± 0.13 mm (6.735 ± .005 in)
(5) Distance from the face of the link to the end of the bushing ... 1.45 ± 0.13 mm (.057 ± .005 in)
(6) Maximum permissible end clearance (end play) ... 0.20 mm (.008 in)
(7) Thickness of thrust ring (new) ... 9.20 ± 0.08 mm (.362 ± .003 in)
(8) Maximum distance pin can extend beyond both sides of links ... 2.3 ± 0.8 mm (.09 ± .03 in)
(9) Bushings:
Bushing diameter (new) ... 56.00 ± 0.10 mm (2.205 ± .004 in)
Minimum bushing diameter before bushings are turned:
Operations under little or no shock loads ... 47.3 mm (1.862 in)
Operations under average or heavy shock loads ... 49.8 mm (1.961 in)
