Usage:
Introduction
Installation of 5C2578 or 8K3570 Blocking Plates upstream (toward the oil supply) from a hydraulic leak, a broken tube or a broken hose, permits the excavator to be moved for repairs.
Use the 8K4707 Blocking Plates to prevent the loss of oil from the hydraulic tank, when the hydraulic system must be disassembled for reasons other than a hydraulic system failure.
Reference: Service Manual and Parts Book.
Application Chart
The following chart lists the blocking plates and the machines they are used with.
