Usage:
NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI1327" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1327" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Problem
The upper conveyor swing cylinder rod may fail on certain PM-565 Cold Planers. A new hydraulic cylinder needs to be installed on these machines.

Remove all 5E4131 Cylinders and 8V2911 & 3D0620 Pins from dealer Parts Stock.
Affected Product
Install a new hydraulic cylinder and mounting pins. See the attached Illustration (1G7752 Cylinder and Mounting Group).
Install new check valves. See the attached Illustration (1014300 Swing Cylinder Lines Group).
Rework the conveyor pivot assembly. See the attached Illustration (7R7790 Lower Pivot Assembly).
