Usage:
NOTE: Check the condition of all O-ring seals and of all parts. If any components are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
1. Install Tooling (A) on ride control diverter valve assembly (6), as shown. Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting chain to Tooling (A). Put the ride control diverter valve assembly into position in the front frame. The weight of the ride control diverter valve is 25 kg (55 lb).
2. Install two bolts (13) and the washers that hold the ride control diverter valve assembly to the front frame.
3. Remove Tooling (A) from ride control diverter valve assembly (6).
4. Connect hose assemblies (11) and (12) to the ride control diverter valve assembly.
5. Connect hose assemblies (7), (8), (9) and (10) to ride control diverter valve assembly (6).
6. Connect hose assemblies (4) and (5) to ride control diverter valve assembly (6).
7. Connect the wiring harness to electrical connector (3).
8. Start the engine and check for leaks.
9. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the machine that is being serviced.
10. Install cover assembly (2) on the front of the machine. Install four bolts (1) and the washers.

a. Remove the bucket control group safety pins. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket Control Group Safety Pins - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
b. Remove the steering frame lock pin. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock Pin - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
