March 2003 PRICING STRATEGY CHANGE FOR THE 793C REMAN HIGH DISPLACEMENT ENGINES Effective April 1, 2003 the pricing strategy for the 793C Reman High Displacement upgrade engine (0R7568) (0R7941) has changed. The change aligns the SCP and both the Core Deposit and Damaged Core Deposit pricing back to the normal Reman 3500 engine strategy. The change in strategy is reflected in the process the upgrade charge is administered. In January - March 2003 the $36,694.00 upgrade charge shown in the April 1, 2003 example was included in the Suggested Consumer Price. In the April 2003 strategy the $36,694.00 has been removed from the Suggested Consumer Price and is posted as an Upgrade Charge. The Upgrade Charge will be applied when a Short Stroke engine is returned.
