1. 检查代码

A. 将 DC 断路器转到接通位置。

B. 连接 Cat® 电子技师 (ET) 与维修工具接头。

C. 查找与事件代码系统相关的现行代码。

修理:在继续进行此测试前,诊断并排除所有相关代码。

结果:存在代码 4337-15。

转至测试步骤 2。
   

2. 检查 DEF 歧管加热器

A. 将 DC 断路器转到断开位置。

B. 从导线线束接头上断开 DEF 歧管加热器。

C. 将 DC 断路器转到接通位置。

D. 测量 DEF 歧管加热器导线线束接头上的电压。
   

24 VDC    

结果:DEF 罐歧管接头处的电压不是 24 VDC。

修理:更换 DEF 歧管加热器继电器。

返回工作。

结果:DEF 罐歧管接头处的电源是 24 VDC。

如果故障未得到排除,则转至测试步骤 3。
   

3. 检查 DEF 歧管温度传感器

A. 将 DC 断路器转到接通位置。

B. 连接 Cat ET。

C. 监控 "DEF Dosing Reagent Temperature(DEF 喷射试剂温度)"

D. "DEF Dosing Reagent Temperature(DEF 喷射试剂温度)"应在环境温度的
5° C (9° F) 范围内。
   

DEF 歧管温度    

结果:"DEF Dosing Reagent Temperature(DEF 喷射试剂温度)"在环境温度的
5° C (9° F) 范围内。

确认修理后故障得到排除。

结果:"DEF Dosing Reagent Temperature(DEF 喷射试剂温度)"超出环境温度的
5° C (9° F) 范围。

修理:更换 DEF 歧管温度传感器。

确认修理后故障得到排除。
