Turbocharger - Remove and Install

    ------ CAUTION! ------

    波纹管的末端很锋利。 如果波纹管处理不妥当,可能会发生伤害。 通过波纹部位拿住波纹管。


    注: 请参阅专门说明书, REHS1728, "波纹管应用指南",以了解机器上所配备波纹管处理方面的更多信息。

    注: 确保所有主要表面清洁无碎屑。

  1. 松开卡箍组件 (1) 后断开连接到涡轮增压器(未显示)进气侧的软管。

  2. 拆下卡箍组件 (2)、 (5) 和 (6)。

  3. 断开全部两条管组件 (3) 和 (4)。

  4. 拆下螺母 (8) 后丢弃螺母。 由两人拆下涡轮增压器 (7)。 差速器 (7) 的重量约为 31 kg (70 lb)

  5. 从排气歧管上拆卸密封垫。

    注: 卡箍组件 (9) 为一次性零件。 丢弃松开的卡箍组件。

  6. 通过松开卡箍组件 (9) 将壳体从从芯组件上分离。 丢弃卡箍组件 (9)。

安装步骤

  1. 如果重复使用排气弯头,请参阅专门说明书, REHS5014, "管路总成 - Tier 4 发动机柔性管再使用指南"。

    注: 检查所有 O 形密封圈、密封垫和密封件有无磨损或损坏。 如有必要,请更换部件。


    注意

    波纹管的定位很重要。 不正确的定位会导致波纹管过早损坏。 目视检查波纹压缩是否一致,来判断是否定位好。

    安装之前,检查波纹管是否有损伤。 如果波纹有任何损坏,废弃此波纹管。 波纹管口的微小破损可以修复。 然而,如果修理后安装有任何困难,废弃此波纹管。


  2. 按与拆卸相反的顺序安装涡轮增压器 (7)。

    1. 将新卡箍组件 (9) 拧紧至扭矩为 13.6 ± 1.2 N·m (120 ± 11 lb in)

    2. 将工具 (A) 涂抹到螺柱和螺母 (8) 的螺纹上。 拧紧螺母 (8) 至扭矩为 70 ± 5 N·m (52 ± 4 lb ft)

    3. 将卡箍组件 (2) 拧紧至扭矩为 8.5 ± 2 N·m (75. ± 17 lb in)

    4. 拧紧卡箍组件 (6) 至扭矩为 12 ± 4 N·m (106 ± 35 lb in)

    5. 拧紧卡箍组件 (1) 至扭矩为 13.5 ± 1 N·m (119 ± 9 lb in)
