Normal Wear on the Cylinder Liners of Some C11 and C13 Engines {1201}

- C11 (S/N: KCA1-UP)
- C13 (S/N: KCB1-UP; LEE1-UP)
The gasket that is used on some C11 and C13 Engines leaves some wear on the cylinder liner outside of the sealing area of the fire ring.

This wear is considered normal. The wear does not affect the sealing capability of the existing cylinder head gasket or a new cylinder head gasket. Refer to Illustration 1 for an example of the wear to the cylinder liner.
