Radiator - Disassemble
Start By:
- Remove the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Remove".
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.
- Place the front face of radiator assembly (1) onto a suitable support.
- Remove bolts (5) (not shown) and bolts (6).
- Remove bolts (3) from air to air charge cooler (2). Remove top cowling (4) for the fan.
- Remove bolts (7) (not shown) and bolts (8). Remove bottom cowling (9) for the fan.

- Remove the air to air charge cooler (2) from radiator assembly (1).

- Remove bolts and locking nuts (20) and remove support bracket (21) from the radiator assembly.
- Remove radiator cores (14) from top radiator tank (16) and the radiator assembly.
- Remove seals (18) from bottom radiator tank (15). Remove seals (17) from top radiator tank (16).
- Remove seals (19) from radiator cores (14).
