Caterpillar Dealer Service Tools and Advanced Technology Services have announced the expansion of services in support of products that are sold by Caterpillar Dealer Service Tools. ATS provides support for products that are sold by DST for repair systems without part numbers. ATS also provides support for custom parts in the Caterpillar Distribution System. ATS provides dealers with any custom parts and ATS provides support for parts beyond the Caterpillar Distribution System.
ATS has been a valuable provider of services for more than eight years by providing support for the repair of diagnostic tools. ATS has developed Legacy Supply services in order to extend the life of products through the availability of parts and through equipment that provides support in manufacturing facilities.
Some of the reasons for selecting ATS are the following:

While the transition takes place, few problems are expected. The existing processes at ATS are very similar to the processes within DST and technical skills are already in place.
The Impact On Dealers
When you order parts for Capital Tools, shop tools, and other products from DST that are not available through the Caterpillar distribution system, contact ATS for support. Examples would be torque wrenches for the track, track presses, indexers, conveyors, idler welders, etc.
