- 打开发动机右侧检修门。
- 松开呼吸器出口软管卡箍。 从呼吸器盖上拆下软管。
- 松开呼吸器进口软管卡箍。 把发动机曲轴箱呼吸器卸下。
- 检查盖密封的状况。 如果盖密封损坏，则更换盖密封。
- 用清洁的不易燃的溶剂冲洗呼吸器滤芯和呼吸器芯盖组件。
- 摇晃呼吸器滤芯，直到呼吸器滤芯干燥为止。 也可以使用压缩空气干燥呼吸器滤芯。
- 检查软管的状况。 如果软管被损坏，则进行更换。
- 安装呼吸器滤网盖。
- 安装软管和呼吸器出口软管卡箍。
- 关闭发动机检修门。
