Control Panels

Usage:

Remove & Install Control Panels (Standby)

NOTE: The photographs shown are of a 3306 Standby Generator. The procedure is the same for the 3406 Standby Generator.

1. Put the switch on the battery charger in the "OFF" position. Disconnect the batteries.

2. Remove two bolts (2) from cover (1).

3. Remove the three bolts located above the control panel and remove cover (1).

4. Identify and disconnect all the wires from control panel (4) and sub panel (5).

5. Remove four nuts (3) and control panel (4).

6. Loosen four nuts (6) and remove subpanel (5).

NOTE: The following steps are for the installation of the control panels.

7. Put control panel (4) in position and install four nuts (3).

8. Put subpanel (5) in position and tighten nuts (6).

9. Connect all the wires to their correct locations.

10. Put cover (1) in position and install two bolts (2). Install the three bolts, located above the control panel, into cover (1).

11. Connect the battery. Put the switch on the battery charger in the "ON" position.
