注: 将发动机机油排入适当的容器内以进行处理。
- 拆下将发动机油底壳 (2) 固定到缸体上的螺栓 (1) 和垫圈。
- 拆下发动机油底壳 (2) 和垫片。 必要时，利用橡皮锤轻轻敲打发动机油底壳 (2) 。
注: 不要撬动发动机油底壳。
安装步骤
- 清洁发动机油底壳和缸体的配合面。
注: 严禁在油底壳垫片或发动机油底壳的垫片面上放置液态垫片材料。
- 在缸体上将密封垫和发动机油底壳 (2) 放置到位。 拆下螺栓 (1) 和垫圈。
- 拧紧四个螺栓 (3) 。 从螺栓 (4) 开始按逆时针顺序依次拧紧其余螺栓。

- 拧紧螺栓至扭矩为 31 ± 3 N·m (23 ± 2 lb ft)。
- 向曲轴箱中加注发动机机油至正确的油位。 请参考操作和维护手册, "加注容量"。
