The vented hydraulic oil tank is located between the engine and the fuel tank. Hydraulic oil is added through filler cap (9). The filler tube contains a filter screen. The filler tube screen helps to minimize dirt from entering the hydraulic tank. Hydraulic tank breaker relief valve (11) is located on the hydraulic tank near the top. The breaker relief valve (11) filters air that is exchanged between the atmosphere and the tank. Pump suction ports (13) and (16) provide outlets for the oil to the implement and the steering pumps. Pump suction port (16) provides an outlet for the oil to the secondary steering pump. Case drain return port (4) and hydraulic filter return port (3) combine the oil into the tank manifold. The manifold routes the oil through the bottom and through the inside of the diffusers. The diffusers are positioned below the oil level in order to reduce turbulence and aeration. Heater element (14) is optional. The heater element is limited by thermostat (5).
