The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.
Problem
Engine parameters are getting "data not available" message after the standard and customer configuration upload. Some parameters are requested with 990ms request rate which is not configured in the configuration file and causing the parameter's data loss (data is toggling in Real Time Web Parameter (RTWP) and some parameters are permanently showing "Data not available").
Solution
Caterpillar is aware of this problem, but an Interim Repair has not been defined.
