Problem
Monitor Display shows invalid or no location in Product Link web on certain energy and transportation assets in Qatar equipped with Cat® Product Link Devices (PLE641/PL641). Upon further examination it has been determined that the device is sending invalid or intermittent locations messages.
Solution
Caterpillar is aware of this problem, but an Interim Repair has not been defined. The team is working to determine the solution to correct the problem.
