Description Of Change: The steering lines group has been updated for the machines listed above. The updated routing has been designed for improved durability and improved service life of the hydraulic lines.

Adaptable To: New 509-9535 Hose As replaces the former 389-8983 Hose As in the 305-2925 Steering Lines Gp and 309-0756 Steering Lines Gp.

New 515-5460 Hose As replaces the former 389-8984 Hose As in the 305-2935 Steering Lines Gp and 309-0769 Steering Lines Gp.

Note: The 439-2796 Guard (LH) and 439-2797 Guard (RH) cannot be used with the updated steering lines group.

The new hose is adaptable to and effective with machines that are listed in Table 1.

Installation of 509-9535 Hose As requires the 148-8370 Elbow As to be installed in the right steering cylinder. Use 275-1444 Grommet, 275-1442 Clip, 275-1443 Clip, 8T-4195 Bolt, two 8T-4121 Hard Washers, and 344-5675 Nut to secure the steering lines.

Update for 305-2935 Steering Lines Gp and 309-0769 Steering Lines Gp

Installation of 515-5460 Hose As requires the 148-8370 Elbow As to be installed in the right steering cylinder. Use 275-1444 Grommet, 275-1442 Clip, 275-1443 Clip, 8T-4195 Bolt, two 8T-4121 Hard Washers, and 344-5675 Nut to secure the steering lines.
