Description of Change: An improved bearing is now used for the torque converter output shaft on the above listed machines. The new output shaft bearing features a split inner race design to improve the bearing capacity to withstand thrust loading conditions.

Adaptable To: The new 6V-9176 Ball Bearing is a direct replacement for the former 7F-6013 Ball Bearing .

The assembly procedure remains essentially the same. Both inner race halves are heated. The first half is installed on the shaft, then the bearing is set in place. The other half of the race is then installed. After the parts cool, use a suitable punch and hammer to ensure that the inner race is fully seated.
