Description of Change: The dump body has been redesigned in order to carry a higher volume of material. The capacity for carrying of the new dump body is 24 cubic meter (31.4 cubic yard). The capacity for carrying of the former dump body was 22.9 cubic meter (30 cubic yard).
The rated payload of the new dump body is 40134 kg (88480 lb). The rated payload of the former dump body is 38610 kg (85120 lb).
Improvements have also been made to the spill plates and the welding of the dump body.
Adaptable To: A new 323-1469 Dump Body is now used on the listed machines in place of the former 236-1987 Dump Body which is used on earlier machines.
The new 323-1469 Dump Body is effective in production on the listed machines.
In order to maintain the machine's performance with the new rated payload, the braking system and machine systems have been changed. The new 323-1469 Dump Body is not adaptable to earlier machines.
