a. remove drive belt.

1. Remove bolt (1), remove nut and washer (2) then remove bolt (3) and remove alternator.

NOTE: The following steps are for the installation of the alternator.

2. Position alternator, note position of bracket (4). Install bolt (3), washer and nut (2).

3. Install bolt (1).
