- 使用工具 (A) 将唇形密封 (12) 安装到水温调节器壳体 (4) 中。

- 将 O 形密封圈 (11) 安装到管 (6) 上。 将工具 (B) 涂抹在 O 形密封圈上。 将管 (6) 装入水温调节器壳体内。
- 将 O 形密封圈 (8) 和 (9) 安装在壳体歧管 (3) 上。
- 将水温调节器壳体 (10) 安装在壳体歧管 (3) 上。
- 安置水温调节器壳体 (4) 和壳体歧管 (3) 并安装螺栓 (7) 。

- 连接软管组件 (1) 和管组件 (2) 。
- 连接冷却液温度传感器的线束组件 (5) 。
