1. Remove bolts (2) to disconnect brackets (1).

2. Disconnect hose (4) from valve cover breather (left valve cover only).

3. Remove bolts (3) to remove valve cover (5).

Install Valve Covers

1. Install a new valve cover gasket if needed.

NOTE: When a new gasket is installed cut the seal so the ends extend a minimum of 1 in. (2.5 cm) beyond each other.

2. Install valve cover (1) with the bolts that hold it.

3. Connect hose to the breather.

4. Connect tube brackets (2) with the bolts (3) that hold them.
