start by:

a) remove upper housing.

1. Remove pilot ring bolts and remove pilot ring (1).

2. Fasten hoist and remove idler shaft.

3. Fasten hoist and remove clutch shaft. Weight is 600 lbs. (270 kg).

Install Clutch Shaft

1. Install clutch shaft in lower housing. Put rings (1) in alignment with housing.

2. Install idler shaft.

3. Install pilot ring.

a) install upper housing.
