Vibration Damper And Pulley
Usage:
Remove Vibration Damper And Pulley
1. Remove one of the bolts that holds the vibration damper and pulley. Install a 3/4"-10NC guide bolt (1) 4 in. long in bolt hole.
2. Remove the remainder of the bolts (2) from vibration damper and pulley. Slide vibration damper away from crankshaft.
3. Fasten a hoist to vibration damper and pulley (3) and remove it from engine. Weight of vibration damper and pulley is 60 lb. (27 kg).
Install Vibration Damper And Pulley
1. Put vibration damper and pulley in place on guide bolt (1).
2. Slide vibration damper and pulley against crankshaft and install locks and bolts.
