Radiator

Usage:

Remove Radiator

1. Remove bolts from guard assembly (1) and remove both guards from radiator.

2. Remove bolts from braces (2).

3. Loosen hose clamp (3) at the top and clamp at the bottom of radiator enough for radiator to move freely from hoses.

4. Install two 1/2"-13 NC forged eyebolts with nuts to top of radiator.

5. Fasten a hoist, remove bolts, nuts and washers from bottom of radiator and remove radiator from engine. Weight is 336 lb. (152 kg).

Install Radiator

1. Put the radiator in position on the engine with a hoist.

2. Install the bolts, nuts and washers that hold radiator to support assemblies.

3. Install braces (1) to the radiator.

4. Tighten hose clamp at the top and hose clamp at the bottom of radiator.

5. Install radiator guards (2).

6. Fill radiator with coolant to correct level.
